Literature Text

Her hands pound trees
And break ancient giants
She crushes the beauty
Of the wild fields
Underfoot,
She embodies no mercy.
She has no strength
Behind the hands that grasp,
And pull,
And tug,

But yet even mountains bend to her will.

She smiles,
Whispering,

"Let it all turn black."
THIS IS A EDIT, GUYS.
THE POEM HAD TO BE 50 WORDS OR LESS, AND ALSO INCORPORATE THE CONCEPTS OF FISTS AND FLOWERS.

So note, this is the COMPETITION version of this poem.

I hope this also gets fists and flowers across.
I tried,
I really tried.

Here you go! I hope I win.

I'd also like to note that ~dimitrius-trident gave me the extra inspiring words I needed to grasp a concept for the type of poem I needed to write! Thanks again. C:

Very haunting way to end the poem! You built things up well though.

Good work! :la:
